Did you know that there are over 11,000 homeless men women and children in the City of Philadelphia? This number only repersents those who are willing to go to a shelter this number does not include those who will not set foot in a city facility. This is the importance of T.L.C. We have a heart and the compassion to help those who can not help themselves.
